Bitbake currently uses the concept of a list of "debug domains" that are passed to each worker process to control which Python logging domains and at what levels are passed over IPC back to the server (to prevent the need to send everything all the time, which is slow). Now that bitbake supports Python structured logging configuration, we should drop this and instead pass the structured logging configuration to the workers and use that to determine what needs to be passed back to the server.
