Error encountered is:

RuntimeError: Sorry, python 3.5.0 or later is required for this version of bitbake

I've applied the proposed fix to my autobuilder helper:

HEAD is now at 27ab803 scripts/send-qa-email,utils: Use buildtools if present

However the error occurred again on perf-centos7:

Steve: That is in fact a different problem, its a different script failing.

I've updated buildtools to contain jinaj2 on master, you may find that either Mochael has fixed the issue, or that you need to update to a newer buildtools from master that ha jinaj2. The latter would be safer long term.

This occurred for the 3.1.3 rc1 build but I've debugged the "fix" and confirmed it really does work. http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/yocto-autobuilder-helper/commit/?id=36346726740c51cc40873ecb543c0e845e23eea4
