Based on the difference between the two lines (6000 vs root), it looks like it might perhalps have something to do with pseudo. Usually root is uid 0. I know that some containerization systems have offsets for the uid for the emulated "root", is that offset 6000 in pseudo's case?
Likely fixed by the changes made to pseudo deal with permissions.
