If a path is ignored, then `env` is leaked at

Yeah, the second patch does.

Merged to our pseudo branch: http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/pseudo/commit/?h=oe-core&id=6fd57da7b1de1a2b6cf530e336d58bb5f8bdd015 so I think this is now resolved everywhere we need it.
