In Yocto 1.1 we now require xterm to be installed for builds to work. Previously we were relying on gnome-terminal. This package dependency needs to be added to our Quick Start guide before 1.1 is released.

I added 'xterm' as a required package for both Debian-based and RPM-based development hosts to the Quick Start manual.  Waiting for the pull.
