On poky master branch (commit aafa7a3f3a), if I pass '--debug' when building with bitbake, the build fails due to many unhandled python TypeError exceptions from the debug logging code.

The bug exists on master but does not occur on gatesgarth

To reproduce the bug:

> ./build$ bitbake core-image-minimal '--debug'

This results in:

> ./build$ bitbake core-image-minimal '--debug'
> ...
> Traceback (most recent call last):
>   File "/home/username/workspace/poky/bitbake/lib/bb/ui/knotty.py", line 660, in main
>     event.msg = event.fn + ': ' + event.msg
> TypeError: can only concatenate str (not "int") to str
> ... (repeated many times)
> ./build$

If I do not pass '--debug' to bitbake, the build completes as normal.
