Once added, add :term: references to dev manual, Section 3.10.3.

Actually, the references to these variables are now obsolete.
I've submitted a patch which updates information about initrd and initramfs, and stops mentioning these variables:

I'll close this bug when this patch is merged.

We no longer have instances of INITRD_LIVE and INITRD_IMAGE_LIVE in the documentation. Closing this bug.
