Only seen once in early Oct so bump to M3 and if it hasn't happened again, close.
This has reproduced multiple times on both SSD and non-ssd machines, marking this dup of the newer one since it has more comments tracking failures. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 14696 ***
