The documentation index that we have on https://docs.yoctoproject.org/genindex.html# is empty in the mega manual: https://docs.yoctoproject.org/singleindex.html#document-genindex

Unfortunately, this is an open issue in Sphinx:
https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/3631

I tried the solution proposed in http://fnch.users.sourceforge.net/sphinxindexinsinglehtml.html, but couldn't get it to work.

Unless we implement a fix in upstream Sphinx, but I'm not sure it's a big value for us as the megamanual is not the most used form of the manual.
