ptest_regression_report

Following ptest(s) are failing in the current dunfell release(3.1.13.rc1) while passing in previous release(3.1.12.rc1): 

-ptestresult.gstreamer1.0.gstreamer-1.0/pipelines_seek.test

Regression is performed on ptest results for qemux86-64.
