AssertionError: 1 != 0 : logrotate did not successfully rotate the wtmp log. Output from logrotate -vf:

olddir is now /home/root/logrotate_dir
including /etc/logrotate.d/wtmp
reading config file /etc/logrotate.d/wtmp
error: state file /var/lib/logrotate.status is already locked
logrotate does not support parallel execution on the same set of logfiles.

This may be a race condition. There is likely a default log rotate service and if this test runs at the same time the error will occur.

Please collect more logs if this is seen again.
