We can disable systemd-network-generator.service as a workaround: Comment the following lines in /lib/systemd/system/systemd-networkd.service: systemd-networkd.service.in # The output from this generator is used by udevd and networkd. Enable it by # default when enabling systemd-networkd.service. Also=systemd-network-generator.service
Should be fixed by https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/22383 but should be verified.
Patch submitted: https://lists.openembedded.org/g/openembedded-core/message/161390
Should be fixed in OE core master. Feel free to reopen if the issue still exists
