do_configure log

Seems like there's regression introduced in 39ec265ecbf6f0cb64a352ce6af9bff94368df10 (OE-Core 09092685fdc8ffe6384bea441394ce02d6ff7e66) which causes libsdl2-native FTBFS with error (full log attached):

It's new workspace with all default config. Commit found with bisecting.
