Adding in an override like:

RDEPENDS:${PN}:append:pn-packagegroup-cross-canadian-${MACHINE} = ' packagegroup-rust-cross-canadian-${MACHINE}' 

doesn't work. Seems the ${MACHINE} in a conditional override causes problems?

Bulk move of 5.0 medium importance issues to 5.99.
