Preconditions/Environment

Poky on latest kirkstone

Triggering Action/Cause
-----------------------
bitbake nativesdk-graphviz with tclConfig.sh on buildhost 

Expectation
-----------
nativesdk-graphviz should ignore tclConfig from buildhost.

Actual Result
-------------
triggers a build failure with segfault.

This isn't a Yocto ( bitbake or oe-core ) bug since the recipe is in meta-openembedded.
Please post a patch or report the bug to the list where such things are handled: openembedded-devel@lists.openembedded.org
