I added rate limits to the webserver on the source mirror to prevent denial of service while being scanned for vulnerabilities just before these errors appeared. I estimated safe limits based on logs but it appears I misjudged. I've increased the limits so that they won't interfere with user builds and I've added the autobuilder workers to an allowlist so they aren't limited at all.
