Description Jon Mason 2022-09-27 18:47:43 UTC
meta-zephyr and meta-arm are seeing issues with qemu v7.1 when running testimage. The issue for meta-zephyr is seen with the qemu-cortex-a53 machine. All kernel tests fail with a timeout.

The issue with meta-arm is seen with the qemuarm64-secureboot-ts machine. This machine locks up during boot.

Both machines pass their respective tests if the patch to update qemu to v7.1 is reverted.

An issue was raised in the OPTEE project for this, and the recent update seems to have isolated the issue
