Description Jiajun Xu 2011-09-17 20:46:48 UTC
tree/branch: poky/1.1_M4
commit: 6462c158fc482e495c1171ffc7747e2ad650a292

When I test latest 1.1_M4 branch, if I set GCCVERSION to 4.5.1 in tcmode-default, gcc-cross-candian is still set to 4.6.

#######
jxu49@vt-nhm4:~/osel/poky-rc2/build$ grep GCCVERSION ../meta/conf/distro/include/tcmode-default.inc
GCCVERSION ?= "4.5.1"
SDKGCCVERSION ?= "4.5.1"
#######

#######
jxu49@vt-nhm4:~/osel/poky-rc2/build$ bitbake -s | grep "gcc-cross-canadian"
gcc-cross-canadian-i586 :4.6.1+svnr175454-r10

Comment 1 Richard Purdie 2011-09-18 20:36:32 UTC
Interestingly despite this if you "bitbake gcc-cross-canadian-i586", it will build the correct 4.5.1 version.
