There comes below error when run yocto compliance against openembedded-core layer.

1, mkdir -p /yocto
2, cd /yocto && git clone git://git.yoctoproject.org/poky
3, cd /yocto/poky && . oe-init-build-env build
4, yocto-check-layer-wrapper ../meta
