Overview: 

     When you find a bug at https://layers.openembedded.org/, it is not
     obvious how to report the bug.
     It is not obvious at this bugzilla website that you can use it
     for https://layers.openembedded.org/-

     It would be good if the FAQ in the website mentioned
     that it is OK to report the bug at https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/
