With following combination, I could build lib32-connman for qemux86-64 with ipk format. X could start up with the image, but there is no connman under /usr/lib folder.

DEFAULTTUNE_virtclass-multilib-lib32 = "x86"
MULTILIB_IMAGE_INSTALL = "lib32-connman"

lib32-connman is actually installed.
