When we set the state to NEEDINFO we want to change the bug assignee to the reporter, but this involves copy-paste right now.  It would be nice if the assignee field had a "give to reporter" button alongside the "take" button.

It would be even nicer if we had the new workflow that can be seen on bugzilla.mozilla.org but that's a bigger ask that presumably involves a large upgrade and rewriting templates!
