A self test to be implemented in oeqa to ensure address sanitizer is working as expected.

A test program to be implemented under oe-core/meta/lib/oeqa/ and during runtime it shall be compiled and executed with gcc flags '-fsanitize=address'

This is a medium enhancemnt so move to 6.0. 
There's no need to backport to 5.3.x
