The `#ifdef PSEUDO_NO_REAL_AT_FUNCTIONS` block in https://git.yoctoproject.org/pseudo/tree/ports/linux/guts/__fxstatat.c is dead code.  It should be removed (the 'if (dirfd != AT_FDCWD)' check is also done in wrap___fxstatat64()).

You have to be careful with the pseudo code of course.
It's possible that this code is used on some older(?) hosts.

Still present in ports/linux/guts/__fxstatat.c and elsewhere... bump to 6.99
