We need to resolve the existing unpackaged files WARNING messages that occur from OE-Core during normal builds. These messages should become controlled by the QA_WARN and QA_ERROR fields from insane.bbclass and become QA_ERROR level messages once we've cleaned up the metadata.

This has been fixed as part of a number patches that when in during M4.
