500 is an internal server error so the connection was established. We'd need the cooker logs if it happens again.
Given the error is ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED, it is _possible_ it is a port already in use issue. We definitely need cooker logs (and maybe toaster logs?) captured if this happens again.
