in package nativesdk-libgfortran-dbg contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]
ERROR: nativesdk-libgfortran-14.2.0-r0 do_package_qa: Fatal QA errors were
found, failing task.

I just tried to reproduce it on master and I don't see the QA issue. Will mark as IN PROGRESS REVIEW.

Looks like the patch solves the issue
