Need to investigate if curl-config is an issue and why it was killed.

curl-config being missing is a red herring as we disable those tests. The test log had just completed test 2084 before crashing. No OOM in the dmesg.

If we've not seen this for a while then its likely that upstream fixed the unreliable test.
