There are many reasons that a a URL connection could fail with: urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=39381): Read timed out. (read timeout=120) with a timeout of 120 s, I suspect network issues but there is a bug in python3-idna which is used by urllib3 IIRC and it can cause extremely long run-time: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/cve-2024-3651 Anyway, I just thought I'd mention it in case the more likely causes can't explain this problem.
