In bitbake.conf we define BUILD_CC and other build variables, and it seems that only some of them are documented (for example, BUILD_CC is not documented, but BUILD_CC_ARCH is).
Add the missing documentation for these build variables.

There are three variants of these: BUILD_CC, TARGET_CC, SDK.
I may have the wrong names but you get the idea.
