UBOOT_EXTLINUX_MENU_DESCRIPTION used by uboot-extlinux-config is lacking a default value
if 'linux' is not part of the override lists, which is IMO actually never the case.

Furthermore all of the variables defined in the class lacking any kind of documentation
through the doc flag

Whilst we may need to improve the documentation, we are not adding default values for the sake of it.
