KERNEL_EXTRA_FEATURES used by kernel code is lacking
a default value and is only implicitly documented

> bitbake-getvar KERNEL_EXTRA_FEATURES

returns

> KERNEL_EXTRA_FEATURES=" features/debug/debug-kernel.scc"

but only if a poky based distro is used.
For e.g. pure code "nodistro"

> The variable 'KERNEL_EXTRA_FEATURES' is not defined

All of linux-yocto recipes use that variable, but no further information
about it is given.

As those values are folded into KERNEL_FEATURES an option might be to
just completely get rid of this variable

After the discussion on https://lists.yoctoproject.org/g/docs/topic/patch/113397877, we all agreed that this variable is not worth documenting as it serves no value over the already existing and documented KERNEL_FEATURES variable.
