With current master this test is skipped as there is no man binary installed. I suspect this is caused "busybox: rm faulty .config arg to merge_config.sh" which was in testing briefly and caused other failures in the AB and feels like was not actually configuring busybox as it should be (so it built a man binary, which we don't enable usually).
