This is a problem in the wine test setup, not the execution of programs (meaning, that it probably doesn't affect actual usage of the SDK on Windows, but just the wine test setup that the AB uses)
These issues were only seen on the autobuild (AFAICT) and we aren't regularly testing MinGW on the AB anymore so this can be closed
