We have two users of the direct os.fork usage. One is daemonize.py which is called to fork the cooker itself. This one is potentially problematic and we should change that code. The other user is bitbake-worker and that one is less problematic and can probably remain, the cooker one is the higher priority. We should be able to drop much of the warning suppression if we change the cooker code.
