Got this on my branch. I believe I had another one a few days ago but I initially thought it was related to some other patch. Confirmed it is intermittent, it works well on rebuild, including on the same (ubuntu 25.10) worker. "edk2-firmware: update to edk2-stable202511" will be pushed soon and hopefully fixes this...
