Looking at https://git.yoctoproject.org in the last couple of days, several repos are listed at the top outside of any category. I've seen this happen in the past as well, something seems to intermittently break with our ordering/categorisation of repos.

This caused when the mirror scripts have left too many hung git processes lying around and hit the limit. I solved it temporarily by restarting the container. I'll work on a permanent fix now.

I've updated the image with the newest versions of everything and added "--init" so docker will reap zombie processes from now on.
