Pseudo has no wrapper for open_by_handle_at (https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man2/open_by_handle_at.2.html) and should have since it opens an fd. This will be tricky as we need to cache the data from the name_to_handle_at step, then use it in the second half of the call in open_by_handle_at to map to paths. The alternative might be to read back from proc.
