Currently, for another tool to query errors.yoctoproject.org, it would have to build a valid query URL and then scrape the resulting HTML. Instead, we should provide a (simple) JSON API for queries.

Initial designs do not warrant a full blown RestAPI, which brings in additional python dependencies and therefore additional exposure to vulnerabilities and update churn. If usage is popular or the JSON API is shown to be lacking, we should probably consider Swagger/djangorestframework.

The initial JSON API will simply support the "same" types of queries already supported through the query URL workflow.
