I'm working on a recipe for a Zigbee networking stack, which uses a custom license:

The FreakZ stack is currently licensed under the modified BSD with an additional restriction that it is subject to the terms of use of the Zigbee specification.

I'm specifying LICENSE as "BSD & ZIGBEE" in my recipe, but have no way to add a license for ZIGBEE to my layer.
