Fix bugs for the current lsb image to meet lsb  requirement for version 1.2

all bugs tested by LSB 4.1 have been verified but some of them because yocto's packages is very new relative to packages LSB can test. So it has been beyond LSB 4.1's test power. Higher version for LSB should resolve them.

So I think Yocto 1.2 has been an image to meet LSB 4.1's requirement.
