I am running the plugin using Run As > Eclipse Plugin. Plugin was working fine until my distribution updated to Eclipse 3.7.1. Using latest git master. Hi Jack, Please see Lianhao's attachment. We just release Yocto 1.1, there're some issues with our Eclipse plug-in download URL, but you can follow the ADT manual on build the plug-in locally. Also, in your Eclipse IDE, remove all the yocto packages before install the built Plug-in. Please don't check "Delete Project Content on disk" which will delete your local plug-in source.
Sorry, I have now updated my Eclipse plugins to the latest versions and it works as expected now. I had assumed Eclipse would either auto-update or inform me that plugins were not compatible with the current build. Appologies for wasting your time!
Glad things worked out. Yeah, Eclipse setup sometime can be cumbersome. BTW, we've fixed Yocto plug-in URL, so from now on you should be able to use that URL to install the plug-in.
