Step 2: Users are asked to select various configurations, i.e. machine, distro,
package format, image output type, etc.

- TP2: bitbake backend will then parse the configuration files and all the
available recipes based on user's configuration.

After discussion with Dongxiao, we will implement some tests to check the
correctness of functions in command.py.
So the Test Plan Design is ready.

I tested Dongxiao's hob2-v0.5 branch, the feature could work well.

This bug is solved by hob patches in master tree.
