Since we're based on TCF 0.3.0, need to check original TCF 0.3.0 code into git for consistency and easy to manage

After discussing with Kevin/Dexuan in distro team, it seems there is no need to check out the TCF 0.3.0 code into git, since the distro can track the git version in their current implementation.

Besides, we're planning to contribute our TCF terminal service related code into upstream. After that, all the TCF code will be in upstream.
