It'd better to fail the autoconf when cross compiler's not found.  Currently, it'll resort to the native gcc if the cross compiler's not found.

After looking into the problem, it is not controlled by plug-in but underneath system's autoconf macros AC_PROG_CC, which will look up a gcc compiler following the path which ends up using the native gcc if the cross compiler can't be found
