setup the update capability for Yocto Linux Eclipse plug-in following the eclipse plug-in feature and update support convention.  Also, add checking support of Eclipse platforom version during the updating and warn the user if version doesn't meet requirement.  The Eclipse platform version should be Helios, 3.6 release

Since Scott's in charge of overall Yocto Linux launch web-site, etc.  Need to work with him on setup the update site
