Cross toolchain by ADT-installer build iptables project failed on all host arch.
unrecognize "--with-libtool-sysroot" when run the connmand: ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}, It depends on bug #1603.

This issue could be fixed by run 'autoreconf -fi' to re-generate the configure script.
