With Dongxiao's hob2 branch, some recipes which are based on git could not be shown in "package view" when building with RPM, which cause they are not installed into image, like zypper. The reason is that in package_rpm.bbclass, the "-" in PKGV is replaced to "+", which makes the rpm package name not consistent.

This bug is fixed in the latest branch:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=dxu4/hob2-v0.12

Will mark it as FIXED after HOB code are checked into master.

This bug is fixed by hob patches in master tree.

Verify the bug as fixed since we did not see such issue in 1.2 M3 testing.
