According to its documentation, gettext 0.18.1.1 needs either libunistring or it will use its own internal version. We currently have neither a DEPENDS on libunistring nor a configure option to force the latter (--with-included-libunistring), so we should add one of the two to avoid races.

This was manifested in the following build failure (for -native):
