bitbake hangs when using the following configuration to launch it:

#PRSERV_HOST not set
#PRSERV_PPORT not set
PRSERV_LOCKDOWN = "1"

Verified in 1.2 master with the latest commit c936fca6e163bc19bc08cbd0036b31ca6f6c3ed6.
